Much adored Gunnedah artist Maree Kelly returns to Weswal Gallery with her solo exhibition, The Pilliga.

As the title suggests, Maree has produced a body of work referencing the subtle yet distinct beauty of the Pilliga Forest, an area of great ecological and cultural value that faces significant threats from CSG exploration.

This exhibition highlights the rare and unassuming beauty of this ancient forest.
